Interested in learning how to Mountain Bike or build on your skills? Weekly lessons are a great way to improve your riding and become more confident on the trails. This six-session course will introduce you to the basics of mountain biking for the complete beginner, as well as offering challenging skills for the intermediate rider to take you to another level!

The course will run on Wednesday evenings for six weeks starting Wednesday, September 4th from 5:30 – 7:00 PM.

Instruction from a certified mountain bike coach includes:

  • Position and balance
  • Operation of controls (braking and shifting gears)
  • Braking downhill
  • Climbing hills
  • Terrain awareness
  • Cornering
  • Manoeuvering over obstacles
  • Bike maintenance overview
